Logistika Expo .
With exhibits in the pavilion, on the street, and at business program venues, the exhibition
brought together specialists in transport and warehousing logistics, providing an effective platform for establishing partnerships and exchanging experiences, discussing industry trends, and generating new cutting-edge solutions among market leaders and experts. Thus, the event is becoming not only an important B2B event but also a starting point for strategic initiatives across the industry.
EXPO –
the largest industry eventLogistika Expo traditionally took place as part of the synergy of four industry exhibitions.
EXPO , together with CTT Expo, COMvex, and CTO Expo, delivered strong results, surpassing last year's figures in several respects:
200,500 square meters of total exhibition space,
1,813 participants from 12 countries, and
75,569 visitors from
95 countries and
89 regions of Russia . Both exhibitors and visitors to Logistika Expo noted the positive effect of combining exhibitions on related topics to solve complex business problems.
A survey showed that
21% of CTT Expo visitors,
29 % of COMvex professionals, and
22% of CTO Expo visitors were interested in the equipment and services presented at Logistika Expo. Avito Spetstekhnika served as
the general partner of the EXPO exhibitions
. The exhibition served as a platform for showcasing cutting-edge technological developments across all logistics segments by leading companies whose achievements and solutions shape the modern face of logistics and ensure the industry's growth and development.
Over 100 brands were represented at Logistika Expo . Solutions were showcased by RACKFORK, JAC, NOBLELIFT, XCMG, STT Group, ADVANTA-M, HELI, CHL, LIMGARD, ROBBOX, BAIKAL-SERVIS, AXELOT, EME, OZ MIKRON, and ATI.SU, BAIKAL-EXPRESS, SCANCODE, TK TEKHNOLOGIYA DVIZHENIYA, and many others. The exhibition clearly illustrated the diversity and scale of the logistics industry.
50% of exhibitors represented
the warehouse industry . Which significantly improves the productivity and safety of operations in warehouses and transport hubs.
Thirty percent of companies demonstrated comprehensive
transport logistics services —effective organization of cargo transportation, supply chain management, and selection of optimal delivery methods. Approximately
20% of exhibitors demonstrated solutions related to
the automation of warehouse processes. Another
10% of companies demonstrated advanced
IT tools for optimizing logistics operations.
Thus, the exhibition presented a comprehensive cross-section of the industry's technologies and services, allowing logistics to reach a fundamentally new level of efficiency.

Exhibition VisitorsThe exhibition was attended by
20,448 visitors from
42 countries , a 4% increase over last year's figure. Logistika Expo has strengthened its reputation as
an important communication platform for all representatives of the logistics industry .
Delegations from Belarus, China, Kazakhstan, Turkey, and the UAE showed the greatest interest. Russia was represented by specialists from almost all over the country, with representatives from
81 regions attending the event . The largest numbers of participants came from Moscow and the Moscow Region, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, as well as the Republic of Tatarstan, the Samara and Nizhny Novgorod Regions, and the Krasnodar Territory.
The most important indicator of audience quality is the professional level of attendees. According to registration data,
two-thirds of attendees hold
management positions in their companies, and
72% are actively involved in strategic decision-making, including supply chain and procurement issues.
For the vast majority –
52% – the main reason for attending Logistika Expo was to obtain up-to-date and reliable information on the current state of the industry, its trends, advanced solutions, and new products.
Thirty-seven percent of visitors emphasized that participating in the exhibition allows them to quickly and efficiently expand their business network, establish partnerships with potential suppliers, and provide the opportunity to evaluate and select modern products and services. The extensive business
programbecame one of the highlights of Logistika Expo and a true benchmark for professionals striving to be at the forefront of modern trends and technological innovations in the logistics industry. The program included
16 specialized events. The event, attended by
111 leading Russian and
international experts, covered all key logistics issues.
The program generated significant interest from the professional audience and became a central platform for industry-specific networking, bringing together
over 1,700 industry specialists.
Ekaterina Eremina, head of the public reception office at the Moscow Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights, shared her impressions: "

A Moscow qualifying tournament for warehouse equipment operators became another highlight for the audience . A new season record was set following the two stages—the test was completed in 2 minutes 13 seconds—and the most professional specialists demonstrated their mastery of speed and precision in operating equipment.
The
"Fleet of the Year" competition was a highlight of this year's exhibition. The event's general partner was
the STT Group.
An expert jury identified market leaders who had made a significant contribution to the industry's development and offered the best solutions and practices in road transport:
- Light Truck Transportation Expert – Tablogix;
- Medium-duty truck transportation expert – Unified Transport Solutions Center;
- Expert in cargo transportation for heavy-duty trucks – TK Technology of Movement;

During the awards ceremony, the competition winners were awarded unique prizes—a year-long test drive of the latest models of equipment: the Valdai 45, Valdai 12, Gazelle NN, and Sobol NN, provided by STT Group—as well as commemorative awards and certificates.
